Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, you can choose either a month-to-month subscription or an annual subscription that can be cancelled at anytime. If you cancel your annual subscription within 60 days of starting your year, we will refund 85% of your annual fees.


Are there any set-up or hidden fees to create an account?

No, There are no hidden fees, all fees are on the Pricing page.


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services staff are only a quick email away. WareGator has links on its application to access help files, how to guides, and contact customer support as well.


Are there training sessions?

Yes, Depending on the subscription level you choose there are 60-90 min training sessions available when you start and you can always request more. They are usually online and can be focused on particular roles and/or customized to fit your processes. Onsite trainings are also available.


Can I change plans at any time?

Can I have more users?

Absolutely, if your subscription level has a limited number of users and you need to add more you can contact our customer support staff to discuss options.
